jl222 reserves the right to deny access to or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where false information was provided during registration.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jl222 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jl222 may suspend all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and may void any bonuses received across those accounts.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl222 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your jl222 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl222 customer support immediately via the live chat or email at [email protected].
3.5 KYC and Verification. jl222 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide any documents requested — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — when requested. Processing of withdrawal requests may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed at jl222's discretion with reasonable notice.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of the transaction. These limits are subject to change. For VIP account holders, customized deposit and withdrawal limits may apply as communicated by your account manager.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. jl222 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

Note on Fees: jl222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees, over which jl222 has no control or responsibility.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All promotional bonuses offered on jl222 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Players must meet the stated eligibility criteria to qualify for any offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 One Bonus per Player. Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per eligible player, household, IP address, payment method, or device, as applicable. Circumventing this limit through the creation of multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. jl222 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies exploiting bonus terms, or collusion with other players.
5.5 Expiry. Bonuses and free spins that are not claimed or used within the promotional period specified will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.6 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. jl222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already satisfied the requirements of an ongoing promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on jl222 — including live dealer casino games, slot titles, bingo, sabong, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.
6.2 Bets are Final. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the jl222 system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player, except where expressly provided in the applicable game rules (for example, certain sports betting in-play markets).
6.3 System Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, jl222 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to affected players. Winnings arising from a demonstrable system error or software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
6.4 Disputed Outcomes. All game results generated by jl222's certified systems are final. For live dealer games, the physical outcome recorded by the live studio camera and dealer log is authoritative. For RNG games, the certified random number generator outcome is authoritative. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game round.
6.5 Sports Betting Markets. Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other sports — are settled in accordance with official results from recognized governing bodies. jl222 follows published settlement rules for each sport, including rules for abandoned events, pushes, and disputed officiating.

11.1 Suspension by jl222. jl222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected Terms violation, suspected fraud or bonus abuse, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, or receipt of a regulatory directive.
11.2 Funds Upon Termination. Where an account is closed or terminated for reasons other than fraud, confirmed Terms violation, or regulatory directive, any verified, non-bonus balance remaining in the account will be refunded to the player via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your jl222 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawals will be processed through the standard withdrawal timeline.
11.4 Dormant Accounts. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and jl222, the following resolution procedure applies:
